Why do you run? Running allows me to stay fit. It also allows me to improve my mood and gives me a healthy outlook on life.
Do you prefer to run alone or in a group? I actually prefer running with a group because the group pushes me to become a better runner. I like to exchange ideas about running with other group members.
I prefer to run in the heat. The hotter the better.
Favorite race, run or distance? I prefer to run in the heat. The hotter the better. 75-85 degrees is a perfect temperature range.
Most memorable race or run? My most recent memorable race was The Palm Beaches Marathon & Run Fest because I was not prepared for it and I ended up with a good time (editor’s note: Sabah won the race!)
